Service description

Send Ready is a writing check service that analyzes your messages and provides send-readiness feedback and rewrite suggestions. Real writing checks require a signed-in account and consume quota from your plan.

Accounts

You must create an account to use writing checks. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Send Ready uses magic link sign-in; passwords are not supported.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Send Ready to:

• Send spam, harassing, or illegal communications.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
• Circumvent quota limits through automated or bulk requests.
• Submit content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

Quota and billing

Each writing check consumes one quota unit. Paid plans are billed monthly. Unused quota does not roll over. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing period. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. After cancellation your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Send Ready may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Content

You retain ownership of any message text you submit. By submitting text, you grant Send Ready a limited, non-exclusive license to process it for the purpose of providing the writing check service. As described in the Privacy Policy, message text is not stored after the check is returned.

No warranty

Send Ready is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Writing check results are AI-generated suggestions — they may be imperfect. You are responsible for reviewing rewrites before sending any communication.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Send Ready's liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. Send Ready is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to these terms

Send Ready may update these terms. Continued use of the service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
