What we collect

Send Ready collects the minimum information needed to provide the service:

  • Account information — your email address, used to authenticate you via magic link.
  • Usage metadata — how many writing checks you have run in the current billing period, your quota tier, and subscription state.
  • Check metadata — per-check: intent, message length, send-readiness verdict, and tone/clarity/naturalness ratings. This metadata is stored in your account to support billing accuracy and product improvement. It does not include the text of your message.
  • Result feedback — thumbs up or thumbs down ratings you submit for a writing check result.

What we do not store

Send Ready does not store the text of your messages, the contextText you provide, or the rewrites generated for your check. Message content is sent to a third-party AI service to run the writing check and is not retained on Send Ready's servers after the response is returned.

Send Ready does not build a synced message history in your account. Your check history is stored locally in your browser only and is never uploaded to Send Ready's servers. You can clear your local history at any time from Settings.

AI processing

Writing checks are processed by a third-party AI service. Your message text and optional context notes are sent to that service to generate the send-readiness verdict and rewrite. The service does not retain your message content beyond the request. Send Ready does not disclose the specific AI provider used, as this may change over time.

Billing

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Send Ready does not store your payment card details. When you start a checkout, you are redirected to a Dodo Payments-hosted page. Dodo Payments' privacy policy governs the handling of your payment information.

Cookies and sessions

Send Ready uses session cookies to keep you signed in. These cookies are strictly necessary for the service to function and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Data retention

Account information is retained while your account is active. Usage metadata and feedback ratings are retained to support billing accuracy and product improvement. You may request account deletion by contacting support.
