Frequently asked questions

Common questions about Send Ready, quota, and billing.

What is Quick Check?
Quick Check is the default Send Ready action. It analyzes your message against your selected intent and returns a send-readiness verdict, a short explanation, and a copyable best rewrite — fast.
What is Deep Analysis?
Deep Analysis is an optional follow-up you can request after a Quick Check. It extends the Quick Check result with detailed explanations of tone, clarity, and naturalness, and may suggest alternative rewrites. It does not run automatically, and it uses the same quota unit as the Quick Check — no additional cost.
Does Send Ready store my messages?
No. Send Ready does not store your message text or context notes. Only usage metadata (how many checks you've run), your account email, result feedback ratings (thumbs up/down), and subscription state are stored.
How does the quota work?
Each writing check consumes one quota unit from your monthly allowance — whether you run Quick Check only or also request Deep Analysis for the same message. Unused quota does not roll over to the next billing period.
What is a send-readiness verdict?
The verdict is Send Ready's top-level judgment on whether your message can be sent as-is. Possible values are: ready, needs small edits, or risky or unclear.
Do I need an account to use Send Ready?
Yes. Writing checks require a signed-in account so your quota can be tracked. You can sign up with just your email address — a sign-in link is sent to your inbox, no password required.
What is the free tier?
New accounts receive a try-out quota on sign-up — enough to explore Quick Check and Deep Analysis before committing to a paid plan. No credit card is required to start.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any time. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period; your current quota remains available until then.
What happens if I upgrade mid-month?
Upgrades take effect immediately. You receive the quota difference between your old and new plan right away and are charged the price difference for the remainder of the billing period.
